All the sources you cited in your paper should be in your CiteWrite datafile.
To write the bibliography (List of Works Cited, or Reference List):
- Open your paper, and place your cursor where it says "Insert References Here."
- Start CiteWrite, and open your datafile. Browse through the datafile, and make sure all the
"ReadList" labels in the keyword field have been removed.
- Click Format, Write References. Check to make sure the dialog box is set to the style you need
(APA or MLA), and that the option to Alphabetize is checked -- then click OK.
CiteWrite will format then write your bibliography as either a Reference List (APA) or
a List of Works Cited (MLA). Check over the list to make sure everything looks as it should.
When you have finished making one last check, click File, Save to save your paper.
